Context

Sanjay Pal needed firmware, Android, iOS, and a web viewer that pair on the local network without sending video through Avlys servers.

Challenge

Firmware, mobile, and web are one product. Splitting them into a website case and an app case would hide the hard part: pairing and WebRTC on the device.

Solution

Avlys scoped an embedded C/C++ bridge, native apps, PIN pairing, and a live web dashboard as a single ecosystem.
